About Me

With an engineering background, my passion is unlocking the potential of software projects and the people who build and care for them.

From chemical engineering, to software developer to leader

My career began in engineering consultancy, but a passion for technology soon turned a coding hobby into a defining pivot. I seized the opportunity to start building Envirosuite—now considered the world’s most advanced environmental intelligence platform. Leading development during the critical start-up phase, I eventually transitioned to optimising commercial deployments, bridging the gap between code and customer success.

That focus on operational excellence led me to Corvanta, Australia’s premier provider of mission-critical ambulance platforms. There, I led the Professional Services, Customer Care, and R&D teams, scaling the business by anchoring our operations in Quality, Governance, People, and Processes (QGPP). This experience crystallised my leadership philosophy: that technical success is built on human and procedural foundations.
Today, I continue to sharpen that edge. I am currently pursuing an MBA with UQ, hold a Lean Six-Sigma Green Belt, and am working towards my PMP certification.

I design processes that act as the glue for high performance. By uniting Quality, Governance, and People, I create environments where execution is easier and errors are eliminated.

Working With Me

I am available for short or long term contract work in Brisbane. I am comfortable coming into the office, or working remotely. For me, company culture is hugely important, so if the fit is right, I will consider a permanent position.

Implementing Envirosuite

2015-2019

In 2015, Envirosuite was emerging out of its start-up phase, and needed to focus on creating value for all stakeholders.

SafeGas Strategy

2025-2026

After 3 years of development, industry needed new software. I was brought in to deliver, and make sure the platform would stay.

Team Rebuilding

2020-2022

During COVID-19, Trapeze lost their entire development team to the great-resignation. I was soon called on to rebuild and deliver new initiatives.

ISO 27001

2024

Corvanta needed to demonstrate quality and chose ISO 27001 accreditation to do so. My operations team was on the quality frontline.

International Processes

2016-2017

Envirosuite was making global sales that needed someone capable of pulling diverse teams together, across borders, languages and cultures.
